Winchcombe Abbey is een nu verdwenen Benedictijner abdij in Winchcombe, Gloucestershire; deze abdij was ooit in het hart van Mercia, een Angelsaksisch koninkrijk in de tijd van de Heptarchie in Engeland. De abdij werd rond 798 gesticht voor driehonderd Benedictijner monniken, door koning Offa van Mercia of koning Coenwulf van Mercia. In zijn tijd was het de begraafplaats van twee leden van de Merciaanse heersende klasse, de eerder genoemde Coenwulf en zijn zoon Cynehelm, later vereerd als Sint Kenelm.
