Bovey Tracey is een civil parish in het zuiden van Engeland.
Het ligt aan de rivier de Bovey en was in de middeleeuwen in het bezit van de familie Tracey. Ten noorden en westen van de plaats ligt het nationale park Dartmoor. Er is in 1820 een trambaan voor het vervoer van graniet aangelegd. Hierlangs loopt tegenwoordig het Templerpad. Bovey Tracey was tussen 1866 en 1970 over spoor met Newton Abbot verbonden.
