St John's College is een van de constituerende colleges van de Universiteit van Cambridge in Engeland.
Het werd in 1511 opgericht door Lady Margaret Beaufort. Het is na Trinity College en Homerton College, het college met de derde grootste studentenpopulatie in Cambridge. Het jongenskoor van het college, The Choir of St. John's College Cambridge, is tot in het buitenland beroemd.
