Ilfracombe is een stadje en civil parish met 11.509 inwoners aan de noordkust van het Engelse graafschap Devon. Het geniet enige bekendheid als badplaats.
In het verleden was Ilfracombe een van de belangrijkere havens aan het Kanaal van Bristol. Het is al sinds de 13e eeuw als zodanig bekend, en er wordt beweerd dat het plaatsje de oudste werkende vuurtoren van Engeland heeft . Tot de 19e eeuw bleven dan ook zeehandel en visvangst de belangrijkste bronnen van bestaan, maar sinds de Victoriaanse tijd is het toerisme in opkomst. De haven wordt tegenwoordig door vissersschepen en pleziervaartuigen gebruikt.
