Mansfield College Boat Club is een roeiclub voor leden van Mansfield College, Oxford. Het werd opgericht in 1965 door een groep studenten onder leiding van Michael Mahony. Het wordt geleid door het comité van de Boat Club. Het is aangesloten bij de Roeiclubs van de Universiteit van Oxford.
De club deelt een clubkamer en bootopslagruimte met St Hilda's College Boat Club in het Longbridges boathouse, dat in 1997 werd geopend. Op 4 juli 2005 werd het Longbridges boathouse getroffen door een brandstichting die het merendeel van de apparatuur van MCBC vernietigde. De club was echter in staat om oude apparatuur te vervangen door nieuwere boten en twee nieuwe sets bladen.
