Pilton Yard, in Barnstaple was, tussen 1898 en 1935, het belangrijkste depot en operationele centrum van de Lynton en Barnstaple Railway, een smalspoorlijn die door Exmoor liep van Barnstaple naar Lynton en Lynmouth in Noord Devon, Engeland. Het station van Pilton werd bediend door reguliere passagiersdiensten die tussen 1898 en 1904 werden geadverteerd, waarna alleen goederenfaciliteiten werden aangeboden. Passagiers werden bediend op het nabijgelegen LSWR-station, Barnstaple Town, dat verbindingen bood met treinen op de normaalspoor taklijn naar Ilfracombe. De hoofdkantoren van de L&B waren ook gevestigd in Pilton, in een gebouw dat eerder toebehoorde aan de Loodgieterij die eerder het terrein bezat en dat het terrein overnam na de sluiting van de spoorlijn.
