Umbourne Brook is een waterloop in Devon, Engeland. Het ontspringt ten zuidoosten van Upottery en stroomt langs de dorpen Widworthy en Wilmington, waarna het samenkomt met de rivier Coly bij Colyton. De Coly voegt zich bij de rivier Axe die uitkomt in het Engelse Kanaal tussen Seaton en Axmouth.
Tristram Risdon, schrijvend rond 1620, noemde de stroom de kleine rivier Womborne, en Richard Polwhele, 1797, verwees ernaar als The Omber of Wombern. De naam heeft dezelfde afleiding als Wimborne in Dorset, van het Oud Engels wimm dat een weiland betekent. De stroom geeft zijn naam aan Womberford, een ford op een nu verloren locatie in de parochie Cotleigh.
