Brixham is een civil parish in het bestuurlijke gebied Torbay, in het Engelse graafschap Devon met 16.693 inwoners.
Brixham is de plaats waar Willem III landde tijdens de Glorious Revolution in 1688. Ter ere van dit feit is van hem een standbeeld opgericht in de stad. Dicht bij het standbeeld van Willem III is ook een kleine obelisk, die met zijn landing in 1688 verband houdt. In de haven ligt een te bezichtigen replica van de Golden Hind , het schip waarmee viceadmiraal Sir Francis Drake, de latere bestrijder van de Spaanse Armada, van 1577 tot 1580 om de wereld zeilde. Ook aan de haven is, in Old Market House, het Visserijmuseum te vinden. Brixham is bekend om zijn grote visserijhaven. Elk jaar wordt hier de Brixham Trawler Race georganiseerd, waar af en toe ook Nederlandse schepen aan mee doen. Begin mei is er het jaarlijkse Brixham Pirate Festival, waarbij altijd een poging wordt gedaan om een record te verbreken om zo veel mogelijk mensen in piratenkostuum op 1 plek verzameld te krijgen.
