Boston United Football Club is een Engelse voetbalclub uit Boston, Lincolnshire. De club komt uit in de National League North, het zesde niveau van het Engelse voetbal. De club staat bekend als the Pilgrims, verwijzend naar de Pilgrim Fathers. Thuiswedstrijden werden van 1933 tot 2020 afgewerkt op York Street. Met ingang van het seizoen 2020/21 zal de ploeg verhuizen naar een nieuw stadion in Wyberton.
De club werd in 1933 opgericht als opvolger van een club genaamd Boston Town. Hun eerste wedstrijd was een 3-1 nederlaag thuis tegen Grimsby Reserves op 26 augustus 1933. In de jaren die volgden boekten ze kleine succesjes in verschillende lokale competities, waaronder de Midland League en Southern League. In 1956 won Boston met maarliefst 6-1 bij Derby County uit de Third Division North, tot op heden de grootste uitoverwinning van een non-league club bij een league-club in de FA Cup. In de volgende ronde werd met 4-0 verloren van Tottenham Hotspur.
