Het Antrim Area Hospital is een algemeen ziekenhuis in Antrim, County Antrim, Noord-Ierland. Het wordt beheerd door de Northern Health and Social Care Trust.
Het ziekenhuis werd opgericht om extra zorgcapaciteit in het Antrim-gebied te creëren. Het werd gebouwd voor een kosten van £40 miljoen en werd geopend door de Prins van Wales in juli 1994. In februari 2003 werd het aangewezen als een van de negen acute ziekenhuizen in het acute ziekenhuisnetwerk van Noord-Ierland waarop de gezondheidszorg zou worden gefocust onder het overheidsgezondheidsbeleid 'Developing Better Services'. Een uitbreiding van de Spoedeisende Hulp en een extra verpleegafdeling van 24 bedden werd in juni 2013 voltooid.
