De Italiaanse stad Rho is een voorstad van de metropool Milaan. Het metrostelsel van deze stad reikt tot Rho. Het is een belangrijk knooppunt van spoorwegen, de lijnen van Milaan naar Varese/Porto Ceresio en Novara ontmoeten elkaar hier.
De stad heeft een klein historisch centrum met als belangrijkste monumenten het Santuario en de kerk San Vittore . Rond de stad is veel chemische industrie gevestigd en wordt er veel textiel geproduceerd. Middenfoto is de Via Madonna, de rechter Giuseppe Citterio.
