Trecase is een Italiaanse gemeente, onderdeel van de metropolitane stad Napels, wat voor 2015 nog de provincie Napels was en telt 9117 inwoners . De oppervlakte bedraagt 6,1 km², de bevolkingsdichtheid is 1530 inwoners per km².
Trecase grenst aan de volgende gemeenten: Boscotrecase, Ercolano, Ottaviano, Torre Annunziata, Torre del Greco.
