FCA Italy S.p.A., ook wel simpelweg Fiat genoemd en voorheen bekend als Fiat Group Automobiles S.p.A., is de Italiaanse dochteronderneming van de Italiaans-Amerikaanse autofabrikant Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, die zich richt op de productie en verkoop van personenauto's en lichte bedrijfsvoertuigen en gevestigd is in Turijn, Italië.
In januari 1979 werden de autoproductieactiviteiten van Fiat S.p.A. afgesplitst in een nieuwe dochteronderneming, Fiat Auto S.p.A., als onderdeel van een voortgaand decentralisatieproces binnen Fiat. Vittorio Ghidella werd benoemd tot CEO.
