Salvador Dalí was een grote fan van het Park der Monsters in Bomarzo. Hij vond het park zo inspirerend dat hij er een korte film opnam en dat het park invloed had op zijn schilderij The Temptation of Saint Anthony uit 1946. Dalí werd aangetrokken door de surrealistische en bizarre sfeer van het park, wat goed aansluit bij zijn eigen artistieke stijl.
