De Kathedraal San Pietro Apostolo is het belangrijkste katholieke godshuis van de stad Faenza in Emilia-Romagna, de moederkerk van het bisdom Faenza-Modigliana. Ze draagt de titel van een Basilica minor.
Als uitdrukking van de Renaissance-architectuur in de Romagna toont ze Toscaanse invloeden. Het gebouw, ontworpen door Giuliano da Maiano, werd in 1474 begonnen en pas in 1515 voltooid, maar de façade bleef onvoltooid. De wijding met de toewijding aan de Heilige Petrus vond plaats in 1581.
