Palazzo Minotto-Barbarigo is een paleis in Venetië in de Italiaanse regio Veneto. Het ligt in het Sestiere San Marco met uitzicht op het Canal Grande, naast het Palazzo Corner della Ca’ Granda.
Na het huwelijk van Gregorio Barbarigo met Caterina Sagredo in 1739 werden de toen bekendste kunstenaars, waaronder Giambattista Tiepolo, Francesco Fontebasso, Gerolamo Mengozzi-Colonna en Carpoforo Mazzetti, ingeschakeld om het paleis zowel in zijn Byzantijnse deel als het uit de 17e eeuw, dat sinds lange tijd met elkaar verbonden was, te verfraaien.
