Het Graf van Ilaria del Carretto is een grafmonument van de beeldhouwer Jacopo della Quercia, gemaakt rond 1406-1408 op een opdracht van Paolo Guinigi voor zijn vrouw Ilaria del Carretto. Het wordt bewaard in de Sint-Martinuskathedraal van Lucca.
In februari 1403 wordt het huwelijk van de heer van Lucca, Paolo Guinigi, met Ilaria del Carretto gevierd. Op 8 december 1405, op 26-jarige leeftijd, overlijdt Ilaria als gevolg van haar tweede bevalling. Het sarcofaag wordt besteld bij Jacopo della Quercia die er twee jaar over doet om het te maken. Het wordt in de kathedraal geplaatst, als teken van de sociale suprematie van Guinigi. Sinds 1842 staat het monument in het linker transept en in 1995 wordt het verplaatst naar de sacristie.
