Het Aartsbisdom Genua is een metropolitaan aartsbisdom van de Katholieke Kerk in Italië. De zetel van het aartsbisdom staat in Genua. Het aartsbisdom bevindt zich in de regio Ligurië en bestrijkt de provincie Genua en een deel van de provincie Alessandria. Het bisdom werd vermoedelijk in de derde eeuw gesticht. In 1133 verkreeg het van paus Innocentius II de status van aartsbisdom. In 1986 werd het bisdom Bobbio-San Colombano bij het aartsbisdom gevoegd, maar al in 1989 werd deze samenvoeging ongedaan gemaakt en werd Bobbio-San Colombano toegevoegd aan het bisdom Piacenza.
Het aartsbisdom heeft 743.000 inwoners waarvan 93% katholiek is. Er zijn 278 parochies en er zijn 341 priesters in het aartsbisdom actief. De aartsbisschop van Genua is sinds 2006 Angelo Bagnasco. Hij wordt terzijde gestaan door hulpbisschop Luigi Ernesto Palletti.
