Blauwhuis is een dorp in de gemeente Súdwest-Fryslân, in de Nederlandse provincie Friesland, dat ligt ten zuidoosten van Bolsward, ten zuidwesten van Sneek en ten noordwesten van Westhem. De dorpskern ligt aan beide kanten van de Hemdijk, tussen Wijmerts en Het Vliet. Vanuit Het Vliet stroomt de Bloedsloot, terwijl van de Wijmerts de Blauwhuister Opvaart stroomt naar het dorp. In 2021 telde het dorp 605 inwoners.
