Het gevecht om het Poolse postkantoor in Danzig was een van de eerste gevechten tijdens de inval in Polen, waarmee het nationaal-socialistische Duitse Rijk in Danzig de Tweede Wereldoorlog begon. Net als het gevecht om het Poolse munitiedepot op de Westerplatte vond het plaats op het grondgebied van de Vrije Stad Danzig. In deze havenstad, die voor meer dan 90% door Duitstalige bevolking werd bewoond, waren door de Volkenbond extraterritoriale locaties in de nabijheid van de haven toegestaan aan de Tweede Poolse Republiek.
