Hel is een stad in het Poolse woiwodschap Pommeren, gelegen in de powiat Pucki en op het schiereiland Mierzeja Helska. De oppervlakte bedraagt 21,27 km², het inwonertal 4136 , de bevolkingsdichtheid bedraagt 194,5 per km² en van de inwoners is 48,8% vrouw.
Hel is gelegen op het gelijknamige schiereiland. Het kreeg in de 13e eeuw stadsrechten. De Sint-Petrus-en-Pauluskerk is in de 15e eeuw gebouwd.
