Het Episcopal Paleis is de voormalige residentie van de bisschoppen van Porto, in Portugal. Het paleis ligt op een hoge hoogte, nabij de Kathedraal van Porto, en domineert de skyline van de stad. Het maakt deel uit van het historische centrum van Porto, dat door UNESCO is aangewezen als Werelderfgoed.
Het originele Episcopal Paleis van Porto werd gebouwd in de 12e of 13e eeuw, zoals blijkt uit enkele architectonische restanten zoals romaanse ramen die zich binnen het huidige gebouw bevinden. In 1387 was dit middeleeuwse paleis getuige van het huwelijk van John I van Portugal en Philippa van Lancaster.
