Olimpija Ljubljana is een Sloveense voetbalclub uit de hoofdstad Ljubljana. De club werd in 2005 opgericht nadat het oude NK Olimpia uit 1945 opgedoekt werd na financiële moeilijkheden en het niet krijgen van een UEFA-licentie.
De club werd in 1945 opgericht door spelers van het ter ziele gegane SK Ljubljana. Olimpija verbleef twintig seizoenen in de hoogste klasse van Joegoslavië waarvan negentien opeenvolgende seizoenen: van 1966-1984. Na de onafhankelijkheid van Slovenië was het de eerste leidinggevende club en haalde de eerste vier titels binnen.
