De Sint-Maartenskathedraal is een kathedraal in Slowakije. Het is gelegen in de stad Spišská Kapitula en is de kathedrale kerk van het bisdom Spiš. De kathedraal werd gebouwd tussen de 13e en 15e eeuw in de romaanse en gotische stijlen. Het is een van de grootste en meest interessante romaanse monumenten in Slowakije. Het bevat veel middeleeuwse gesneden altaren en is de rustplaats van vele heren van Kasteel Spiš; de in de 15e eeuw gesneden marmeren grafstenen van de Zápolya-familie zijn van uitzonderlijke kwaliteit.
