Het One World Trade Center is een wolkenkrabber in New York die met zijn hoogte van 541 meter het hoogste gebouw van het Amerikaanse continent is. Het in Lower Manhattan gesitueerde kantoorgebouw is het op zes na hoogste gebouw ter wereld en is onderdeel van het nieuwe World Trade Center.
De naam verwijst naar de wolkenkrabber 1 WTC van het oorspronkelijke World Trade Center, dat verwoest werd tijdens de terroristische aanslagen op 11 september 2001. De bouw van het One World Trade Center startte op 27 april 2006 en de opening vond plaats op 3 november 2014 met het intrekken van de grootste huurder, uitgever Condé Nast. Het gebouw is ontwikkeld door de Port Authority of New York and New Jersey en wordt beheerd door The Durst Organization.
