Het station bevindt zich op de hoek van Elder Avenue en Westchester Avenue, in de wijk The Bronx. Het is geopend op 30 mei 1920. Het eerstvolgende station in westelijke richting is Whitlock Avenue, in oostelijke richting is dat Morrison-Sound View Avenues.
Het station bestaat nog uit oude borden en een extra uitgang aan het perron richting Pelham Bay Park. Vanaf hier heeft men goed uitzicht over het spoor richting het zuiden en is de Bronx River Bridge ook te zien.
