161st Street-Yankee Stadium is een station van de metro van New York aan de Jerome Avenue Line en de Concourse Line. Het station wordt gebruikt door de lijnen 4, B en D.
Zoals de naam al suggereert ligt het Yankee Stadium naast het station. Een aantal overheidsgebouwen, gerechtsgebouwen van Bronx County en winkelcentra liggen een klein eindje naar het oosten.
