De Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway ofwel RHDR is een smalspoorlijn in Kent, Groot-Brittannië. De lijn is oorspronkelijk gebouwd voor personenvervoer, maar trekt veel toeristen omdat het zo'n aparte spoorlijn is. Ondanks de vele toeristen is deze lijn geen toeristische spoorlijn.
