Le Cayolar

We wanted to highlight the character of our mountains by inventing an authentic, austere and welcoming setting, while offering typical dishes, cooked with fresh and seasonal products like our grandmothers used to make. The idea behind the Cayolar was thus self-evident: good dishes of yesteryear, cheese, good wine and an open fire “Lo bonur tot simplement” (Pleasure quite simply)! So if you are a touch nostalgic, come and taste this wonderfully pleasant atmosphere. We are to be found at the top of the shopping arcade, under the Snow Bar restaurant, throughout the winter, every day from midday. Reservation strongly recommended in the evening. Wi-Fi access. Room accommodating up to 50 people.
Open every day and solely in the winter. Weekends and school holidays: non-stop service from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Outside of school holidays: from Monday to Friday.
