An extraordinary garden to visit....
Surrounding a Girondine house from the 1940s, the La Vernerie estate today covers 2.5 hectares of landscaped "English-style" grounds. It is the result of the passion of two sisters, Marie-Jo Corre and Liliane Gontier, for the arts of the garden and the love of plants.
The park now has a wide variety of European and American species. It opens onto two ponds with romantic atmospheres that change with the seasons. Composed of three spaces with different atmospheres, the domain of La Vernerie invites to serenity and to the discovery of the richness of nature.
The property is above all a place of exchange and sharing around the values of nature, botany and horticulture.
