Stadtoldendorf er en by og samtidig administrationssæde for samkommunen Eschershausen-Stadtoldendorf i Holzminden kommune i Niedersachsen, Tyskland.
Byen ligger ved kanten af naturparken Solling-Vogler, indlejret mellem middelhøje bjerge og højderne Homburgwald mod nord, Elfas mod øst, Amtsberge mod sydøst, Holzberg og Solling mod syd, Burgberg mod vest og Vogler mod nordvest. Vest for den gamle by opstår Forstbach.
