The lordship of Leuthen, also known as the lordship of Groß Leuthen, previously known as the domain of Leuthen or the domain of Groß Leuthen, was a small noble lordship in Lower Lusatia with its seat in Groß Leuthen. It can be documented in the course of the 14th century and was merely a knight's seat until the early 16th century. In 1517, the first mention of a lordship is recorded, which had a seat and a vote in the lord's curia of the Lower Lusatian estates assembly in 1646. There was also a lordship of Leuthen in the Neumarkt district.
The lordship of Leuthen was located in the west of the district of Lübben or the Krummspree district. It bordered to the west with the office of Lübben, to the north with the knightly estates of Wittmannsdorf, Schuhlen, and Mittweide, to the east with the lordship of Lieberose and the Lübbener Amtsdorf Goyatz, and to the south with the knightly estates of Glietz and Groß Leine as well as the former office of Neu Zauche.
