Stadium at the Children's Teaching

The stadium at Kinderlehre is a football stadium in the municipality of Enkenbach-Alsenborn, district of Kaiserslautern, in Rhineland-Palatinate.

The stadium at Kinderlehre is located on the northern outskirts of Alsenborn. The capacity is currently 13,000 seats. Before the renovation of the facility, there were about 300 covered seats in the main grandstand. It was demolished in 2018 and 2019 and replaced with a modern stand. As part of this renovation work, the speaker tower and the standing areas on the opposite side were also removed. The renovation and preservation of these distinctive buildings were financially unfeasible. The playing surface consists of natural grass. The stadium is equipped with floodlights and a practice pitch. In front of the entrance stands a memorial stone for the former national player Fritz Walter, who lived in Alsenborn.
