The inhabitants of Caccamo have been nicknamed 'very religious' precisely because of this feeling, which is confirmed by the many churches and monasteries.

Here is a list of no fewer than forty-six churches, almost all of which have curious exposure to the west, including those that have been sold, abandoned, ruined, or used for other purposes.

In addition to the great religious faith of the inhabitants of Chaco, these churches also originated from the antagonism between neighborhood and district.

A visit to the castle shows us, among other things , the court theater, the knight's hall, the chapel, the panoramic terrace and an old furnished bedroom.

There are three religious buildings on the Piazza Duomo , the most important of which is the cathedral.

We descend almost to the Vallone Canalotto past some churches and ascend to the Capuchin convent.

Then descend to the starting point.
