We did this beautiful ride on 01.12.2022

The hike starts at the free parking lot on the Our. It is very well marked with these markings .

Visitluxembourg.com says the following about this trip; "During the ascent and descent of this tour, you can let your gaze and thoughts wander over the beautiful landscape. Sometimes the Notre Valley lies at your feet, then you discover Falkenstein Castle in the distance and on the descent Vianden presents itself with the castle and the river from its most beautiful side. There is even the possibility to take the chairlift down to the valley. »

Due to the narrow paths along the slopes of the Our Valley, we recommend that you think before this trip if there is snow. Hiking poles and sturdy shoes are not an unnecessary luxury!
