Welcome to beautiful South Limburg and especially to the municipality of Voerendaal. This route takes you through the beautiful area in and around Ubachsberg. Voerendaal is a municipality that you will certainly experience as a surprising encounter after this walk.

You start 'the Achteromkijkroute' at the parking lot of the Bernardushoeve on the corner of the Mingersborgweg and the Vrouwenheideweg. Here you can also get a nice cup of coffee.

This route is signposted (counterclockwise) via the special white-green Achteromkijkroute signs. Also pay attention to the special 'look back symbols' and the 'sights/panoramic view signs' along the way. You can also download a separate route description (under the heading 'From the author).
