Das Palais Holnstein, später auch Palais Königsfeld oder Erzbischöfliches Palais genannt, ist ein Stadtpalais in der Kardinal-Faulhaber-Straße 7 in München . Es wurde 1735 bis 1737 durch François de Cuvilliés im Auftrag von Kurfürst Karl Albrecht für dessen natürlichen Sohn Franz Ludwig Graf von Holnstein erbaut. Es gilt heute als das bedeutendste der noch erhaltenen Adelspalais aus der Barockzeit in München, nachdem das originellere und ebenfalls von Cuvilliés stammende Palais Piosasque de Non im Zweiten Weltkrieg zerstört wurde.
Am 13. Januar 1735 erwarb Kurfürst Karl Albrecht das Anwesen für seinen natürlichen Sohn Franz Ludwig, den Grafen von Holnstein. Andere Quellen sprechen davon, der Bau sei für die Mutter Franz Ludwigs, die Mätresse des Kurfürsten, Maria Caroline Charlotte Sophie von Ingenheim, erbaut worden. Entwerfender Architekt war der bayerische Hofbaumeister François de Cuvilliés.
