Naturparke-Gravel-Crossing Tag 2 - Von Neckargemünd nach Heilbronn

From Neckargemünd through the forests and over the heights of the small Odenwald and down into the Neckar valley. The last few kilometers take you along the lovely Neckar to Heilbronn.

From Neckargemünd, the route covers 78 km and 900 metres in altitude from the Neckar valley through the small Odenwald forest, continuing into the Neckar valley to Heilbronn.

After Neckargemünd, the route leads uphill through forests and orchards into the small Odenwald forest. Time and again, you are treated to views of the castles in the Neckar valley.You continue via Mückenloch to Guttenbach through deep forests and past pretty villages. Here in the small Odenwald forest, you can really relax and fully immerse yourself in gravel riding.

From Guttenbach, the route runs along the Neckar to Obrigheim before another steep climb takes you to the heights above the Neckar. Here the route is varied and always slightly downhill on natural routes to Bad Wimpfen.

After the final sprint along the Neckar from Bad Wimpfen via Neckarsulm, you reach Heilbronn and thus the finish of the second stage.
