Situated in the countryside, on the banks of the Lot and the Dordogne. 15kms from Villeneuve sur Lot, the Source de Rieu ensures tranquility and a gentle way of life. For walks, you can take the GR 652 nearby, or simply discover the animals of the property of Jean-François and Momo (1 cow, 1 turkey, ornamental hens, cats, dogs ...), in a place with a garden of 2000m ² with its source. You can also enjoy the covered terrace overlooking the garden. The gîte, facing South-East and independent, includes a fitted kitchen open onto a living room, 2 bedrooms (2x140), one with a mezzanine (sofa bed), 1 bathroom, wc, storeroom. Reception of small animals on request. Fixed price for heating : 80€/week. Tourist tax to be paid.
