Luxair-flyvning 9642 var en ruteflyvning fra det luxembourgske flyselskab Luxair fra lufthavnen Berlin-Tempelhof til lufthavnen Luxembourg, hvor en Fokker 50 styrtede ned lige før landing den 6. november 2002.
Flyet, der kom fra Berlin, styrtede ned under anflyvningen til et felt i Niederanven, kun 3,4 kilometer fra destinationens lufthavn. På tidspunktet for ulykken var der tæt tåge. Af de 22 mennesker om bord overlevede kun en passager og kaptajnen styrtet.
