Sports and recreation area Het Kluisbos

The endearing Kluisbos (± 300 ha) invites you for an invigorating walk along the 'Hellegat', the 'Vierschaar' or 'Peetje en Meetje', a dolmen that Celtic druids are said to have sacrificed on. Numerous marked walking and cycling routes lead you through a unique area, rich in fauna and flora.
Maybe you're looking for a refreshing dip in one of the three heated outdoor swimming pools, or you want to sunbathe. (Renewed swimming pool complex in 2004)
However, if you do not shy away from a sporting challenge, the organized sports days, the immense indoor sports center, the beach volleyball courts and the challenge course can certainly charm you.
The little ones can frolic uninhibitedly in the instruction pool, the giant sandbox with the fairy palace and the pirate ship or the gigantic sliding castle.
