Running route and outdoor fitness in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw: "Meeting place where movement and social contact come together"

The running route (blue loop) is 5.5 kilometers long and starts at the Wildersport complex. With a movement bench, 2 calisthenics parks (type of strength training), and an area with outdoor fitness equipment along the route, the municipality hopes to attract not only joggers but also fitness lovers and outdoor athletes. "This not only offers opportunities for a healthy lifestyle, but it also creates meeting places where movement and social contact come together."

The route takes you along streets, through fields and the park, offering a nice mix of nature and low-traffic roads. The route is suitable for experienced athletes, beginner runners, and walkers who want to do some stretching exercises along the way.
