The cycling tour was named "Ferry Route" because you have to cross by ferry twice. Another advantage is that this route can be traveled in both directions, offering a completely different view.
The starting point can be chosen from the various places through which this route runs: Temse, Steendorp, Rupelmonde, Schelle (Tolhuis), Wintam, Puurs, Oppuurs, and Bornem.
In Rupelmonde, you will ride through the newly created roads of the dike construction of Bazel.
