Course without any real technical difficulties, suitable for children aged 10 and up. There is only one ascent on the program, which is to the Black Virgin (in Maillen)... you pedal quite leisurely ;)!
From the starting point in Lustin, the route descends along the road to the depths of Arches, where it becomes stony through fields and orchards.
A last house at the edge of the forest and you enter the woods, which leads you to the foot of the slope of the Black Virgin.
After a little sweating, you find yourself at the Arche farmhouse, where a small detour through the fields to Ivoy awaits you, before you reach the small airfield again and return to Lustin, having crossed the forests of Nismes along the way.
