This walk takes you to the sites where the landscape painters of the School of Tervuren once set their easels. From the market square, you cross the historic center of Tervuren. Past the Gothic church, the old presbytery and the castle of Robiano, you follow the Voer upstream to the Sonian forest. From the source of the Voer on the Wedrennenweg you then head to the Wolvenweg, a beautiful road below, which was a popular subject for painters who worked here around 1870.
This walk is marked by red wooden posts. The route can be downloaded from www.visittervuren.be and is also described in a hiking brochure available at the reception center, Markt 7B in Tervuren.
