Vierkirchen is a Saxon municipality in the district of Görlitz. The municipality belongs to the administrative community of Reichenbach/O.L.
The municipality of Vierkirchen is located in the central-western part of the district, about 15 km east of Bautzen and around 10 km northwest of the administrative seat Reichenbach/O.L. The federal highway B6 runs south of the municipality, while the A4 motorway passes directly through the municipal area and can be reached via the Weißenberg or Nieder Seifersdorf connections.
