Dennewitzer Straße

Dennewitzer Straße is a street in Jüterbog, Germany. The route starts at the Schloßstraße / Am Dammtor fork and ends at the end of the village. From here you can reach Dennewitz, the two districts of Niedergörsdorf, via Rohrbeck. Five houses and the Jüterbog-Damm air base are listed on the street. The street was given the name Dennewitzer Straße after Damm was incorporated into Jüterbog. Before that, Damm's houses only had numbers. As the houses retained their numbers when the street was named, the street numbering is incomplete. In 1937, the road was widened and paved and a walking trail was created.
