The scenic circular tour leads to the unique formations of the Kälbersteine in the Oberlausitzer Bergland. From the largest village church in Germany, the route leads through the Umgebindehaus Park, where model houses provide an insight into the traditional and unique architecture of the region. Across fields and through forests, we finally reach the Kälbersteine with their cliffs. A plaque provides information about the geological context of the formation of these cliffs. Along the way, we have wonderful views of the Upper Lusatian mountains.
