You can cycle around the "Great Forest" area over a distance of 28 kilometers. From Neusalza-Spremberg with the famous "Reiterhaus" museum, a typical Upper Lusatian half-timbered house, you cycle via Oppach to Taubenheim and then turn right to the Oppach pond landscape Am Alten Graben described above. The tour runs through the "Lindenberg" and takes a challenging climb up to Picka. Continue cycling through the "Eichen" to the Beiersdorf district of Gebirge. After crossing the S152, you reach Niedermühle and follow the markings along the former railroad line, past the Hofepark via Beiersdorfer Schmiedental to Schönbach. Via Dürrhennersdorf and Friedersdorf, you return to the starting point of the tour in Neusalza-Spremberg. As this is a circular route, you can alternatively join the route at any point."
