Detached house of 110m² (adapted for PMR), in stone, totally renovated, modernized and isolated in 2021 with panoramic view on a valley of vineyards and woods, in a hamlet of the commune of Puisseguin.
- First floor: large living room with 1 living-dining room, 1 new kitchen in island, 1 bedroom (1 double bed or 2 beds), private bathroom with WC (Italian shower), all adapted for a person with reduced mobility.
- Floor: mezzanine with 2 individual beds, 1 office space, 1 corridor, 1 independent WC, 1 bathroom (bath-tub shower) and 1 bedroom with 2 beds
Air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms, wood stove (wood provided, 5€ / day).
New bedding, linen provided, beds made, cleaning package at the end of the stay mandatory, intermediate cleaning on request.
Not allowed: animals, smoking inside, parties.
